  4. Hi I was there on that day but it is a bit hard to ID also Gary Monckton looks to me to be marker Peter Bido but could be wrong , thanks for posting such a piece of history. Regards Steve Turner

    #36 Tony Macnevin – I went to university with him 1965/66 – does anyone know what happened to him since? He ended up working for the NSW geological survey, wrote quite a few books on diamonds and minerals etc.

  7. Every one was so young, hard to recognize some as the memories seem to be of later years. Sad news about the bone cracker Peter. There’s quite a few have passed sadly.
